The 'only' problem I see there with that, is Costanza only likes 1 for 1 trades so he may argue 'what's the' for Nuge & that's it!

I clearly wasn't being serious, but yeah, he does like those 1 for 1 moves.

I'de trade Letang for Pacorriety(?) and a throw-in Dman in a heart beat.

If you trade Letang you NEED to get a RHD that can move the puck in the return. The player doesn't have to be a top pair guy, but atleast able to play top 4 minutes. Schultz IS our best defender. He can take the PP minutes and the top pairing minutes.

I truly don't get this jumping on ship on Letang. He's being grossly mishandled by Sully. Regardless even if we he eased back he'd be a work-in-progress.

do you see a scenario where a guy like sheary is traded? he is signed for $3M/yr for the next 3 years but the pens have to pay guentzel next year. maybe hags and sheary for max?

would a team like montreal be interested in taking on a guy like letang? thats a lot of salary for a guy who hasnt played 70+ games in the last few yrs.

It’s starting to look like this roster is just plain stale. On the spectrum, I think I’ve always been on the end advocating for prospects to be brought along slowly as apposed to the “OMFG THEYRE LIGHTING UP THE AHL THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP YESTERDAY!!!” crowd, but it’s high time to give Sprong a look to get some fresh blood. Then I’d consider making a trade like the Neal-Hornqvist or Perron-Hagelin trade of exchanging like forwards. We have good wings, but I think swapping out guys and getting new blood in might be for the best. Not Kessel, though, before you chuckle(frank)s start with that bs again.

Could probably get Neal and Perron back if you want, they are both UFAs next summer. It will cost you Haglen and Hornqvist and a couple of high picks. Wouldn’t help though. They need to get a centre but every team seems to be looking for one of those.

To me Bryan Rust has been a disappointment. Having said that I have a difficult time seeing a LW get traded.

The Pens simply don't have anyone playing well on that side.

I'm changing over my Pens cap. That usually does the trick.

I'm predicting a good game from the Pens. Depending how the Bolts play, this is a winnable game in my opinion.

Who is in goal? I hope it's Jarry.

Get used to it, I'm sorry to say. The team as it is currently constructed has some large flaws.
