Sheng, any thoughts on how this start could actually harm the Knights down the line? I see some really good players in their 20's who are the real deal. Karlson, March, Tuch. But, I also see the top two scorers in Neal and Perron as guys who won't be around for long. Also, Person's so streaky that he could end the season with the exact numbers he has now.
Anyway, I think they have a team that will finish just outside of the playoffs. Or, if they make the playoffs, be a one and done.
As an expansion team I'd rather they be terrible and get the high end prospect this upcoming draft. IDK. It just seems like they're setting themselves up for mediocrity |

If they can keep this up it won't be hard for Vegas to lure replacements for Neal and Perron in the following years. The tax break of living in Vegas and the lifestyle of Vegas can easily give the team an advantage of some other teams. |

I'm really hoping with this performance they leave Shea be. Im tired of seeing Gallant sit him out for guys who should in no way be ahead of him in the Depth Chart.
When Sbisa comes back they need to he needs to stay. |

Keep going about your business, there's no guarantee with tanking. You could get Kane or JVR. This team needs to get a footing on this town, before the Raiders get here. Winning and being decent will do that. The avg guy who's thinking of getting into the team/hockey won't care that they won't have a shot at Rasmus Dahlin next draft.
Besides they stocked up very well in their first draft with very good players and draft picks. If you draft well it won't matter you won't be in the top 5, and if you really like a player that much, they have enough draft picks to move up if need be. |

Good start even though 1/4 of season hasn't been reached. Sustainability is really a question mark. It's a long season and there are more perils then success for an unproven bunch. |

Yes, it might hurt them down the line, and I don't think it was GMGM's plan to be quite this good so far. But it's still early. If they keep it up, however, they might be in a pickle where GMGM wants to unload talent for picks, but the owner wants to go for it.

I agree. While Theodore might be playing worse than the others at some given moment, he's the future of the franchise and needs the reps. |
