It's not just you Hathaway is lights out better than Bouma. Guys like these two player don't have long NHL careers Bouma is coming to the end of his and Hathaway is just starting in 3 seasons we will be talking about an up and coming 4th liner that will push Hathaway out of the line-up
Sadly, there's a low chance we get anywhere near the 34th overall we gave up for Elliott.
A pick in the 55-89 area seems reasonable. - fry
(frank) boys....don't be such downers. Elliott played all of his games when this team was at their absolute worst. It was unbearable. Lots of hockey left and I bet Elliott will play his part before the year is done.

He'll play great in a back up role or when an injury occurs. The moment it seems he's about to claim the #1 spot, he'll wet himself.

IMO, he makes Chad Johnson better. It helps knowing there's a capable guy sitting on the bench both in terms of competition and knowing if CJ poops the sheets, Elliott can come in an carry the load for a while. Any talk about moving him is silly.
Good to see you dirty (frank)s climbing the standings again! As much as it'll suck when you pass the Oilers in the standings, I'm happy to see Gaudreau back and producing. At least I've been right about Elliot so far

With another shutout win for the Heat, this time by Jon Gillies, the baby Flames are averaging a shutout win every fifth game so far this year.
Mangiapane and Jankowski are 5th and 11th in rookie scoring overall, and Andersson is 15th in overall scoring by AHL defensemen . Klimchuck has been impressive and Poirier has regained some scoring touch lost from last season.

I didn't watch the Edm - Philly game, but why hasn't anybody on the Oilers team stood up for McDavid and mash Manning into the boards. That hit last year was vicious and intentional. I'm just glad McDavid is kicking ass this year, even though he plays for the Oilers. You still have to respect good talent. Here's hoping to an Oiler and Flames playoff series.
