I know its hard, but TRY & take you're heart out of it. Does he deserve 5 mil +? - B2B76
I don't think its an issue cause he won't get that....I can see a deal close to Zucc though which I am fine with. |

I still laugh at Prust's deal 4 years ago. Now the guy will be lucky to get a camp invite. |

Yup its take one crazy deal like that and everything gets thrown out of whack and Martin is going to get a similar if not better deal then that |

Martin ends up in Calgary or out West I feel for much bigger dough than he should get. |

Don't get me wrong I love MM but he fights and hits and that's it. Not a great scorer or skater. Yeah he had a career high 10 goals but he's not scoring more then that anytime soon, plus guys who play that style tend to break down right around 28 or 29 yrs old the back end of whatever deal he gets will be a mess |

Problem right there. Dan Boyle. Dan Boyle ruins everything for everybody. Has been doing that for a decade since being a crowned a champion with Tampa. |

Calgary needs there cap space for a goalie and to re-sign the likes of Gaudreau, Coulbourne, Jooris and Monahan. |

Jimbo did a pretty good job yesterday explaining that Parise's contract is one of the worst in the NHL |

At this rate, superstars are gonna be signing for $18M by 2025 and 7.5 will look like chump change |

Yeah, the term on that is terrible. In two or 3 years the Parise, Suter and Weber contracts will be horrendous. Of course, we will have a lock out by then and all the owners will get a few more get out of jail free cards. |
