Devils don't use ruutu to his full potential. They play zubrus like he's better and faster than ruutu which just isn't true. That being said I don't think he'll ever score 25 like he did in Carolina, but give him minutes and solid line mates and he'll help create a lot of space and can bury his chances. There is more skill there than people think.

Since Sensnucksnocups probably won't be around I thought I would try it on.....It's not a fit. Actually it sucks.

Ok as a leafs fan and knowingly being in the minority I don't believe that rc was the problem with this team
Is it easier to fire the coach,of course, will it have the effect that upper management is hoping for, no I don't think it will I just don't see the so called heart and soul with this team anymore. Is trading for Patrick m a part of the answer? No I don't believe it is this is the type of player a team try to add when the truly believe that they are close to something and I just don't see it in the leafs

You'd have way more success convincing Marleau to waive to go to Tampa than to Toronto for all the obvious reasons...

But I think he retires as a Shark. Guy has a lot more hockey left in him.

Agreed.

He can be a very solid 15 goal energy guy.

Marleau would be great fit for Tampa. Would be similar to the kings adding Gabs last season and would have huge impact for a playoff push/security.
