Don't think Tokarski is the answer personally. But let's be honest here.....Edmonton doesn;t get better with that. 3rd line center, kid who hopefully one day will become something....who knows? And Habs would have to send more salary the other way.

Apparently Arizona wants a legit top 6 F, plus a top prospect for Yandle....

You'll laugh but he's been hurt. Has played 7 games. But just came back 3 games ago and has been doing great. 2 assists in last 3 games and creating chance after chance. I like what he brings.... just wish he cost half of what he does.

I tend to agree, I think MacT has shown his hand, let's bring an inexperienced head coach in so we don't get any better, make no moves cause this bunch doesn't win, Get 1st overall pick, draft Mcdavid and put in your bio that you were instrumental in bringing Mcdavid to the Oilers

Seems relatively fair to me. I would be really sad to lose Tinordi and Eller, but you need to give value to gain value back I guess.

Also I do believe that Eller could be a good second line C with offensive linemates. Maybe not the top 2nd line C in the league, but still a good one. He's a more physical but a bit less defensively responsible Plekanec. But since he's younger and has a better cap hit, I think he's more valuable than Pleky right now, or at least more easily traded.

And we really have a logjam at centre. If one of our top-4 C (counting Galchenyuk) was really bad, we wouldn't have this headache building lines that we are experiencing now.

Edm will not get better by trading away eberle. Unless they swap player for player or package him in deal and way this works is if player they get is good young dman.

Oil fans will likely be disappointed with the results of any deal
