The back injury was non related to his injury when he was signed |

Perron/Anisimov trade could be workable although I'd hate to lose Perron.
We really need a centre. |

Lol you're high if you think CBJ would trade Jenner. I would say that the club and fans have as high or higher expectations of Jenner than there are of RyJo. I would say that RyJo, Jenner, Murray, Bob, and perhaps even Atkinson right now are "untouchable". In the sense that what you might get back won't be better and will be older and more expensive.
More likely things to be moved are Foligno (as much as I don't want that to happen), Letestu, Anisimov, Calvert....D men perhaps Wis or Prout.
I don't get the feeling that Jarmo would trade something that's part of this core to add an unknown. He got burned on Gabby and now it's looking like Horton could be a bust. Let's see how the team does the next month or two then assess the situation. There is LOTS of talent on this team at the moment. |

Foligno is going to be a big target at UFA this year, I think you move him if you cant resign him, no way you can let that guy walk for nothing. |

If we are out of the playoffs come the deadline you can bet he's getting moved.
That being said, I can see Gouloubef being shopped right now , he's had an excellent camp, lot of upside for a stay at home guy, but the depth on D makes him almost impossible to play. |

if out of the playoffs, this is the team with the prospect depth to go for a guy off a rebulding team. kane comes to mind. |

I would think an Oilers trade for their youth offense might be a viable option.
I think D is our strength and top 6 forward is a problem. Jenner is a no go. But we have all kinds of D..
I'd throw Wiz, and either Savard or Prout into the mix.
We may not even need to do something. Once Dubi and Jenner get back we get noticeably better. |
