Why haven't we just traded josefson yet what a waste of an asset that's how many first round picks now that we couldn't even turn into any sort of asset like what a joke and I'm sure they are always looking for ways to put guys who are under thirty on the third and fourth lines until they are pushed out of the organization

The thing every fan of every team doesn't understand is the kids are good enough and the only reason Larsson or Gelinas didn't stick and volchenkov and Salvador did was solely because one had just been given the C and the other had to big if a contract and Lou will not put one way contracts in the minors. Lou doesn't work the same way almost every gm in the league does he go by is ways and doesn't care if that means better players will play in the minors there is little doubt in my mind that even Peter Harold is better then kaberle at this point.

If Gomez is gonna be anything like the player he was, it'll be with the Devils. Familiarity is very underrated...a players game is completely different when he's comfortable.

A little competition at camp is good to have.

That being said, we already have enough forwards to deal with, and they are still trying to resign carter and give Boucher and Matteau a shot of making the team. I just can't wrap my head around this move.

I can understand the Kaberle invite if Lou feels Gelinas deal is taking awhile or for another vet back there (not that we need one)

Lou has done very well this summer and then does a bone head move like this just agitates us fans. I would rather be mediocre with the youth that have paid their dues and earned their time than watch players that were good in 2003 play.

This is probably the lamest thing to complain about, but I wish the Devils would assign jersey numbers.
