With your untouchables . Detroit and Buffalo are just not great trading partners . Especially for Myers . Our GM says the deal has to blow his socks off. Why do people get insulted by that. It is the fact . Can't do it ? Move along no hard feelings.

I would also consider Datsyuk this year as a rental to whoever may compete for the cup. We could haul in quite a bit before deadline, we need to retool. Plus it gives Pav a shot at the cup which we can't compete for.

Actually I take that back. I thought his contract ended this year. He's got 2 years left. So let's hang on to him til next year hahaha. Ive been playing GM mode in NHL 14 too much lately.

Our new GM is brutally honest . That is why we love him. For the 1000th time , then he won't be traded . The Sabre fans that think he will be traded are our idiots . I am sure Detroit has a few of them as well.

Yeah I'm sure their are just as many Wings fans undervaluing him as much as there are Sabres fans over valuing him. Realistically he probably isn't going anywhere, but if he is traded it won't be for anything that's being thrown out there.

I do. I corrected myself 2 comments later. I know he won't go anywhere but If I were gm I would strongly consider moving him before his contract ends.

Okay Myers is only 24 years old 6'8 and a great skater.. In his short career he has scored 10 goals 2 times in his 5 year career .. Last year he had 9 goals and 13a on a very bad team. Yes his plus/min was pretty bad but as said that was on a very bad team. Myers has shown he has the skill to be a high end 1# or 2# dmen at worse a #3 dmen that can also play on your top PP unit. At this point Myers is pretty much a low risk and a very high award for Buffalo or any team willing to deal for him and in this case Buffalo's asking price would be huge,

right! the hawks have a elite team poised to be a serious cup contender for atleast the next 2 seasons. no reason to do anything major to that lineup.
