While I agree with your sentiment that the Flyers don't need Hemsky (unless a winger is in the deal and they add Petry) please don't use +/- as a stat to say a player is good or bad. +/- is a garbage stat that really has no basis on someone especially when they have played on a terrible team or great team.

I don't think they really need Hemsky at all. They are overloaded at forward as it is. Unless they can get rid of a long contract in the deal. The only value Hemsky has for me on this team would be to get rid of a contract and his expiring deal. If Lecavlier would waive to go to Edmonton (which he won't) and Schenn for Hemsky and Petry I'd do it. I'd much rather dump Grossmann over Schenn though.

This will never happen though.
