No, it's (frank)tards like him that put me in a foul mood. The team has yet to play a minute of a game, and you've got people fortelling of their guaranteed last-place finish because of the coach or the 4th line.

The coach has made 1 decision that has gotten good applause (Mason starting, get his confidence up, have veteran on bench in case) and 1 decision that, really, isn't that big, especially since some people didn't think Laughton should be playing anyway. And some people act like Lavi's the worst coach in the history of the NHL. I'd tell that person to refrain from watching Flyers' games until Lavi is gone.

But,,, But... But.... Murray just won a playoff series 17 years ago....

Personally, I think Hall gives them a better chance to win than Laughton.

I'm actually quite surprised at Mason getting the start tonight, although it's not the end of the world. I just hope he comes out and plays like he did at the end of last year.

Concerns over Lavi span back to the 2011-2012 playoffs. That's why he gets some rough treatment and some of it is warranted. That being said, I think we owe him a good 20 games before calling for his head. I'm willing to forget last year an look forward to this season and see if there are improvements in areas of concerns. I think the talent is there now it's time for the execution.

But he has played quite a bit of wing over the last year and he doesn't seem any more comfortable than he did before.
- PhillySportsGuy

I wouldn't say quite a bit, but as played there some. Give him some time.

Then really, stop watching the games until he gets fired. Why watch this horribly coached wreck of a team?

You seem like the kid who couldn't wait to scream, "BRYZ YOU SUCK!" after he made a nice kick save int he season opener last year. Not a damn thing's happened, yet you just want to complain about a problem from year's past.

Hmm he has a career winning percentage of .573, 2 trips to the finals and a cup. Yup, he's utterly incompetent.

Look Lavy has frustrated me at time and I would have been fine with a new coach this season. However some of you make him sound like the 2nd coming of Wayne friggin Cashman, and that's just ridiculous. He has a pretty good track record and deserves at least half a season or so to show what he can do with this team.

Probably shouldn't discount the benefit of being around pros and practicing against NHL players, though.

I remember Brayden Schenn being around the Kings for almost half the season while only getting into a few games and that directly led to him destroying the WJC's and WHL that year.

I like that too, but then I gotta go outside and I try not to leave my recliner once the game starts!
