Roger Mussa: RIP Dennis Brodeur - Devils Advocate
RIP. Feels similar with Gretz's dad when he passed. Both produced the greatest of (at least) their generation. Yes, Brodeur is better than Roy in the pantheons of the elite. Sucks. Hope he takes the time off he needs. |

except walter gretzky is still alive...
also marty's dad has been a staple here in montreal. he is widely respected by the city, the habs organization and habs fans worldwide. this is a sad day indeed.
also the roy brodeur debate is silly. how is he better in the pantheons of the elite? |

I apologize. I could have swore otherwise. I wo 't edit my post so as to endure the requisite vitriol.
Brodeur stayed with one team, won the same amount of cups, more records, less talented teams. Though I still contend Dryden is the Goat followed by Sawchuck, Brodeur, then Roy |

Too bad Roy won 4 Stanley cups as opposed to 3 for Brodeur. |

I am here as a pincushion of mistakes I always forget abt 01 still think my choice is correct. In the End though does it really matter? Raycroft was obv the best. |

You re losing it today.
I believe Brodeur is third behind Roy then Sawchuk. Brodeur had a lot of help by a team that was purely defensive for years and helped inflate his amazing numbers. They were amazing none the less but I think they were inflated at the same time. |

Guys this has nothing to do with who is a better goalie......it's about somebody losing his father today who he happen to be very close to, nothing else matters. |
