Yeah, it is kind of ridiculous, no doubt. It's about as ridiculous as Canucks fans lording all their regular season success over the rest of the fans around the league. I think that's been everyone's point when talking about Vancouver fans. - Jeffmt

Hurry up with Kadri TO...Burke smells blood. - DDM-Coga
Nope Burke never does an offer sheet for RFAs but might offer 2 firsts and a second round draft pick. |

It's amazing that you feel like you have a license to be a perpetual jackass but if anyone criticizes the Canucks they need to "adjust their attitude". It's amazing that so many Vancouver fans feel like their team is beyond reproach because they win a lot of regular season championships. You're like a bunch of homeless guys laughing at someone's refrigerator box. - Jeffmt

Yes, that's my point. It's stupid for a Leafs fan to talk about success based on something that happened over 45 years ago, but is it any less stupid for a Vancouver fan to do the same based on no championships whatsoever? Are Montreal fans still comfortable given the fact that they haven't won anything in 20 years? |

You missed the part where success is success?
Even if it is only something as boring as a presidents trophy, or Division Banners, or Conference Finals or Individual trophies, it's still all hardware that can be held over zero success.
It might not be much but not much > leafs
But hey the leafs are young, you will always have that... |

Not at all, I think it's funny how worked up you guys get. The "adjust your attitude" comment was priceless. I keep picturing you calling up all your friends and spazzing about how someone on the internet doesn't respect the Canucks enough. |

Sheer hilarity.... Yeah he brought in the 2 best players on the team ( but the don't count becuase it doesn't fit my argument).
Over half the duck team is Burke, but yeah just the 2 best players on he team.

Neid went there cuz he was a ufa and wanted to play with his bro not because of Burke |

Ahhhhhhahaha all you Leaf haters kill me. On one hand Burke was a "slump buster" in Anaheim when they "hit rock bottom" and on the other hand he was "handed a Cup winner built by Murray". Well, which one is it?
And if you think Burke didn't make TO a better team you have your head up your ass.

Meh overrated gm ,burns though cap space and assets on overated players ,so so drafter ,decent trader .Calgary,s ownership group would be wise to curtail what he spends |

Have to agree with you here. A healthy Sens team is a force. Best coach in hockey too.

Hey man, I'm a Leaf fan but how are the Sens not good? Great coaching, good D, and strong goaltending with a good top 6. |
