Seriously though, I would like CGY to get as many short term contracts on useful players as possible. Players that can be moved oh the next 2 years for draft picks. Just think of us a holding area for other teams players until the cap goes back up.

One of the better ideas I've seen on here. I just hope Cammy will be moved either now or at the trade deadline. Even if the return isn't great, it'd be nice to get Horak or Reinhart some more minutes to develop them. However, I don't know that I'd offer Filppula and Grabo a contract. I'd take one or the other even at a 2 year term. If the team wasn't rebuilding then it'd be a great idea but they've gotta get these young centers some ice time.
