Well, some good news from Mac-T were those comments surrounding the offers getting better by the day for the 7th and the fact that the 2nd rounders in a deep draft can be very lucrative.

That may be best case scenario, draft a great player to develop at 7 - move the 2nd's + Paajarvi or whatever for depth, depth anywhere ffs.

What risk is there?

He plays like a below average starter or goes back to his Phoenix days. While only getting paid 3 million bucks.

I just find it funny how bryz was agood goalie with phoenix (.920 save percentage over his last two seasons there) goes to Philly and does bad but his back up gets traded and wins the vezina. Remember it's not like many thought Bobrovsky was better they both were very mediocre in Philadelphia, yet both were top notch goalies in different markets...

Nothing wrong with Bryz. He's a decent goalie. He'd be a very good backup. Better than our other options.

I like bryz... Would have made a great backup for reimer but im happier with bernier.
For a cheap experienced backup i dont think the oilers will find someone better.
Actually, Dubnyk could be a descent backup for a Bryz. More of a 2a 2b split

Though Frattin is a good player + Scrivens AND a 2nd in a deep draft.

Not too shabby for the Kings either.

I think the $500K the leafs agreed to keep of frattin's/scrivens' salary was the deal maker. And the 2nd round pick is in either 2014 or 2015... Leafs choice
trade is good for both teams but deffenitly helps LA a ton considering their cap problems
