If anyone can find 10 better defensemen this year, I'm all ears. - Leeman4Gilmour
100% he's been a top 10 defenseman this year. Not only is he 5th in dman scoring, he plays against every team's top line night in and night out.
And whether you want to admit it or not, guy is so key for our PP. Teams have to key on him and it leaves room for other guys. |

We're doomed jk I honestly think it would be a good series. With everyone healthy we have a pretty strong line up. Our 4th line also might be more dependable with everyone healthy with Komarov and McClement and one of Orr/McClaren. |

I think it would be a great series.
Soderberg could add some much needed offense though, put up 60 points in 54 Swedish Elite League games. Hopefully it can translate, that'll be a nice scoring threat that could revamp that third line. |

You can bet the Leafs are coming HARD at either the Bruins or the Habs - it's gonna' get messy. It's gonna be great...if the Leafs get in. |

No. He's an RFA acquired by the Boston Bruins before hand, it's not a transaction or a pending UFA so he would just report to the team |

No. He's a Boston Bruins draft pick and therefore a retained RFA of their team. - t_leafs21
Not to nitpick, but he's a blues draft pick, Bruin prospect...just so you know and not that it makes a difference. I believe he was the 49th selection of the 2004 draft and just didn't want leave Sweden. |

Yeah I just fixed it as you replied to that. Sorry lol
Really though, you guys can't let the (frank)in Habs win the division. You're a better hockey club and we don't want to play you. We play the Habs at home two more times, we'll try to help you out. |

No problem, just figured I'd let you know if you weren't aware. That way if something similar happened with the Leafs no one would be confused as to whether you had to be drafted by the team for that clause to be in effect. |

Honestly, if the Bruins were going to take a first round bounce, the only team I'd be ok with seeing it against, is the Leafs. I'd still be (frank)ing pissed, don't get me wrong, but I'd get over it and be happy for the Leafs and root for them to kick ass |

So what do you guys think Bozak's demands will be this summer?
It looks as though our centre position for the next few years could be solved: Kadri in the 1st slot, Bozak in the 2nd, and I feel Colborne's ready to handle full-time 3rd pairing duty.
__________
A lot of people seem to think Grabovski's unmovable. I'd be more inclined to think that there is a small market out there. NSH, WSH and CBJ could be interested. I don't think we'd have to take back a lot of salary in order to get something decent. When I look at what NSH was able to get for the likes of Erat and his 4.5 per then I don't think we're in too tight of a spot.
Especially when we have the buyout option available. Either way I just don't want to see Bozak go |

If we really want to avoid BOS in the first round then we do them a favour and spank the Habs twice more this year.
Looking at the standings, the difference between BOS and MTL will come down to 1 or 2 points, and that's where we come in |

For sure. We host those dinks on the last game of the season on the 27th, winning that game could punch our ticket to Montreal for the first round (pending were still holding the 5 seed...I think we will, Ottawa stinks) |
