a) I think that sitting 5th in the East qualifies as doing something right.

b) You seem to be confused as to what you want. On one hand, you suggest that Grabovski's salary/production is holding us back from being better. On the other, you seem to suggest that trading him for a first rounder last year would have us in 30th this year.

If you can state even one thing that was wrong with that hit, I will personally round up all Leaf fans that are bothering you and lock them up. Otherwise, this is your bloggers fault for being hurt.

GMs arent exactly going to be scrambling to take on a centre at over 5 mill with the cap coming down

a trade requires two willing GMs... not just one.

If you can state even one thing that was wrong with that hit, I will personally round up all Leaf fans that are bothering you and lock them up. Otherwise, this is your bloggers fault for being butt-hurt.

i wouldnt call it a meltdown in ottawa.. they have been playing unbelievably considering they are missing their top centre, their top d-man, and their top goalie

Leafs have approximately a 50% chance of facing Habs in Round 1 right now. Leafs-Bruins is roughly 35% and Leafs-Caps 10%.

I think grabs is just being put in the wrong scenario.
On a free wheeling team he is great, on a defensive system he isnt doing nearly as well.. I think he has value, just not in his current situation.
