Yeah, but with the way the Penguins c**trag about everything, Tavares will end up suspended,,,,even if he's on the bench.
- dcb1

they're an easy team to hate, there's no doubt about it. They learned from the best! Can't hate them for winning though, our team is plain old mailing it in. Look it up in the dictionary and there we are. There is no excuse for this BS, put a God damn effort in. At least make believe you care.

Hamonic should have kicked him in the face
- Mr.Black

Neal is a clown too, Hamonic would have done well if he loosened some of his teeth.

you're right but you can't use that as an excuse. Every team has to deal with this BS. This was a big game, these guys did'nt come out to play. You guys winning us losing, very big game.

We talked about this just the other day.. We knew it was coming. It reminds me of that line from Airplane.
'They bought their tickets, they knew what they were getting themselves into. I say, let em' crash! '

Another 'Airplane' line comes to mind:
'Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue'

I was surprised the Islanders came out as flat as they did. They have been playing with a good level of energy this week. Beating Montreal, losing a tough one Thursday and then smacking the Capitals yesterday.

Actually this is quite the norm for Capuano's Islanders

Bring up Nelson, dump Reasoner...
- kear20

He's the veteran leadership this team requires. Can't you see how well he's guiding our young guys? garth won't trade that away....

I hate to say it but Hamonic needs to see less ice time and AMAC needs to be sent back to Bridgepirt. It's that simple at this point. Worst first pairing in the league, I love the kid but enough is enough already. He has not been playing well for a long time.
- Cptmjl

totally agree and coming into this season I was hoping those two would kind of emerge as a solid 3, 4 pair... boy was I mistaken.

5-on-3 was the backbreaker tonight. And on that note, I'm not sure they did themselves any favors by sending Reasoner, Visnovsky and Hickey over the boards to kill it.

Yes, their only consistency is inconsistency. Just as their logic is quite often illogical.

the trainer should loosen up Reasoner's skate blades or something and when he jumps over the boards he pulls both mcl and acl's... I'll make a call.
