Shanahan has become Colin Campbell, II (or III, for hockey historians, whatever).
Seems to me the GMs are still lobbying post-infraction, there are mistakes being made as a result, then compounded by "make goods," just like on-ice officiating for years (especially during the era of the "great" Kerry Fraser and Bill McCreary).
Dude no one wants to disagree with you because you get yourself banned. - rune_74
Fixed that one for you, too.
Might want to find a way to be a bit more agreeable in tone, even when you're disagreeing in content. I've found in my life when undesirable consequences happen to me, I usually bear some responsibility for it.
I'm sure in your mind it wasn't nearly as bad as the hit to Hossa. - rune_74
About the same actually. Go look at my post-game blog. Called it a stupid play. Maybe that fact doesn't fit your narrative. Guessing it doesn't. Ho-hum.

As long as we understand you can say what you want and the rest of us can't, then it will be "agreeable". Not going anywhere near your blogs, but since you came here I think it is fair to comment on what you say.
The two hits were no where near comparable, one was going for the hit the other was going for the puck.

Absolutely fair to comment, here or anywhere, not to be personal, inflammatory or trolling. But you already know that.
And we agree on going for the puck, if going for the puck with your elbow made any sense at all.
