I generally agree with your Oilers placement, just not with the assessment.

1) Your strong implication that Eberle, Hall, RNH, and Schultz have led the Barons to 4th in the division is ridiculous. Note that they've lost 4 in a row since those guys have gone, and 11 of 18 since Nuge left the team.
2) Scoring wasn't a problem for three of those guys last year. Ebs, Hall and Nuge combined for 38% of the Oilers goal-scoring, which was middle of the pack (and better than three playoff teams including the cup champs)
3) Ryan Whitney missed 27 games with injuries sustained last season. Potter, a 7th defensman, missed 15. Other than that, Petry, Smid and Schultz were pretty healthy last year. The defense isn't good, but I wouldn't say it's injury prone.
4) Depending on what you mean by 'capable of handling the conference's best', I'd say a) either you're expecting Dubnyk to be an all-star in his first year as a starter, or b) you're not aware that his win percentage and sv% was on par with Varlamov's and Backstrom's last, and his GAA was considerably lower than the team's.

The Oilers have depth issues, they have toughness issues, they have defensive talent issues, and they have goaltending question marks, but you've highlighted things that I consider to be non-issues.
