Good. I understand uprooting from California and going to New York isa BIG change, but he knows the deal, and he can help that team and their young defenseman. God knows they drafted a butt ton of them at the draft. |

By the time any of those draft picks become relevant........Visnovsky will be long gone. |

Not overly impressed with him already. Unfortunately we can't afford to be picky and have to take players that wan't nothing to do with playing here. |

In other Islander news of note, the NY Islanders have partnered with social media company SportsYapper. It is an exclusive deal between the two and is hoped to enhance the in arena experience for fans of the Islanders. - Dee Karl

Amazing how the Isles would actually want to bring players in that don't want to be apart of the organization. I'm sure they make great role models for the young players on the team. Wang needs to go before this organization can be taken seriously again. |

I agree Wang has to go but how were the Isles to know that he didn't want to be part of the organization? |

Fair enough, maybe they could have agreed to void the trade but I'm sure Anaheim was operating business assuming that his large cap hit was off of the books so they probably wanted the deal to go through. Either way, this wouldn't be a problem if the organization was run better. |

It truly is sad. The problem is if we don't then we have no one. Nabakov was the same deal. Now he's a happy camper but it still tarnishes whatever respectability is left. There really isn't much if any left anyway. |

This is true but after you find out you cut ties. Trade him. etc... Figure out a trade to help your team and make him part of it. I would never want a player on my team who so outwardly didn't want to be a part of it. |

Agreed, but Snow would look foolish if he now turns around and trades Visnovsky for a third or 4th round pick to a team like Detroit after acquiring him for a second round pick. |

Absolutely. That's why you package him with something else to acquire another player that doesn't want to be here |

That's if he is worth a second come deadline time? Who knows he may even be worth more by then? |
