Quick Hit from the Press Box..

I am down at the Wachovia Center and I am hearing that the Islanders may have a serious interest in Ville Koistinen...who is on re-entry waivers.

I have also heard interest from Buffalo, Vancouver and possibly Philly.

500k hit this year, 700 next. Not bad at all for a player who can help run your power play and aid in your transition game...I am on record as being a Koistinen fan and I do believe that he will be an impact player given the right system.
