I am still waiting for the green light to go with my interview lengthy interview from yesterday with one source from the NHL and one source from the NHLPA, but I just found out the following news...pretty shocking...

According to a source familiar with the NHLPA's proposal, "Part of the PA's proposal allows for Bettman to arbitrarily assign the #1 pick in the draft to a financially distressed team."

What do you think of that concept?
