This is from a source very close to the situation and even he said predicting what Glendale will actually do is foolhardy, but it is widely believed tonight that the city of Glendale will give probable new owner Jamison a little beyond the deadline of midnight tonight...

"If there is a sense of progress and he can show some light at the end of the tunnel the deadline won't be a drop dead date..but there will have to be concrete direction leading towards proof of all needed funds...including debt service."

Some sources believe tonight that the large chunk of money still owed Wayne Gretzky is a high priority. None are blaming the Gretzky camp or saying Wayne has been anything but patient, but the sum does need to be resolved.

It's a dicey situation in Phoenix, but if we have learned anything about Coyotes during this it is that they are incredibly resilient animals... This team should NEVER be counted out,
