NOTES:

An analysis of the stats above points (at least) to the difference goaltending has made in the relative won-loss records of the Blackhawks and the Jets.

And what always looks like what should be a fairly easy game on the schedule against the Jets, typically isn’t. It would be wise for the Hawks to take that into account tonight. The Jets play a hard, heavy style that always seems to give Chicago problems.

The Hawks come in relatively healthy, only missing Michal Rozsival. The Jets are without Ben Chiarot, Marko Dano and Tyler Myers, who are all on IR.
