Waiting For Dominoes to Fall

First off, happy 4th of July!

The free agent frenzy is still going and the rumor is Ryan Suter and Zach Parise will be making their decision today. I can't wait until they make their decisions just so they are off the market.

Once those two players do sign, I'd expect the dominoes to fall as many teams will be looking to Plan B.

The more and more I think about it, a trade for Bobby Ryan or Patrick Kane doesn't make sense for the Sabres...Or does it? I would love one of those players on the team, but wouldn't it makes sense to go after someone like Paul Stastny?

Tyler Ennis, Cody Hodgson, Steve Ott and Cody McCormick are the four centers listed on Buffalo's roster. Assuming Mikhail Grigorenko makes the team this fall, might the Sabres already be set at the center position?

If that is the case, then the pursue of a talented winger does make sense. Buffalo have a lot of young, talented forwards. The Sabres have nine defensemen right now, so it's likely one or two of them could be packaged in a deal.

Let me hear who you want the Sabres to go after, and who you think they would trade in order to get that player?

I'm hoping the Sabres can find a way to get Bobby Ryan, but I wouldn't be willing to give up Tyler Ennis.
