James Neal Suspended for 1 game, Asham for 4.What will the effect be? Fair?

Verdict is in from the league, and the Penguins will be without a very key player in James Neal for a tomorrow night's pivotal game 4. What say you? Is this fair punishment? I say it's about right. It will be very interesting to see how Pittsburgh responds to this. Will they crumble and continue to go further into their hole, or does this "us against them" type of thing give them a common enemy they can rally behind...therefore removing some of the team's pressure...something Bylsma has oddly not done any of..

In other words, usually in this situation a coach would try and start some kind of distraction to take the weight off of his team. We have seen countless coaches do this in the past. From Hitchcock to Babcock to Ruff to Laviolette to Tortorella...yet Bylsma hasn't played that card. The NHL may have just played it for him.

We will see what the results are in the next 24 hours...
