Do the Pens and Preds Become Favorites with Crosby and Radulov? |

To think...a few weeks ago we were involved in the Paul Gaustad sweeps. I am a huge fan of Goose and fully believe he was worth every bit of a first round pick and all, but imagine if Crosby and Radulov had been available at the deadline?
While neither player was available Sidney Crosby and Alex Radulov could major additions in the weeks to come, and in an NHL where the difference between winning and losing is often slight at best, the addition of Superstars into the mix could be fascinating to see.
Crosby is playing tomorrow night in Madison Square Garden against the Rangers and then again in Philly on Sunday...so anyone who said Sid would wait for an easy stretch to return better take notice. Sid is coming back directly into a Perfect Storm of mayhem. It should be fascinating to see, and both games will be nationally televised. Tomorrow night's game was added to the NBC Sports Channel and Sunday's game is going to be on NBC at 12:30 (Flyers fans attending, note the time change)
As for Radulov, it is being reported that tomorrow is the day he may get the green light from the KHL to officially negotiate with Nashville, however from all we've been told he appears to be coming to the NHL. Any worries of Radulov not fitting in to the locker room are very much a stretch. It's true that the previous veteran core in Nashville had some issues with Radulov way back when, but the players who remain from that era, mainly Weber and Suter, never were part of the group that found Radulov's goal celebrations and such over the top. Also, he was a kid then. He has matured a great deal since.

Do the Penguins and Preds become favorites to win their Conference if they get Crosby and Radulov?
