In the Philly Press Box...Once again Scott Howson is here today...The Flyers are losing to the Penguins behind the worst goaltending the team has seen in years.. Currently both Flyers goalies are below a .900 save percentage. No other team can top that.

The crazy rumor going around here is the Flyers may be interested in a Nash/Mason combo package...of course, in order for that deal to be made the jackets would have to take Bryzgalov...As I said, its a crazy rumor...I put very little stock in it...with the exception that both goalies Mason and Bryzgalov are looking utterly lost.... It should also be noted that Bryz has a full no-movement clause in his contract.

Of course the Flyers would need to supplement the deal with what one scout speculated to be "JVR and Coburn" or JVR and a #1.

I also must add the following to further paint the picture...I was told last week, in no uncertain terms, the Flyers were not in on Nash...It was very definitive, however...every statement this time of year comes with a shelf-life...

I am heading home after the locker rooms...and will have a full rumor update and chart update then.
