It was apparent Zach was not playing to his usual potential. Some, including myself, suggested he be one that needed to step up his play. Now we know why.

Another bog blow to the Devils? Sure. Parise is a trooper, Parise is a leader. Getting him back will be like acquiring an All-Star. Let's hope he comes back with enough time to make a difference.

The salary cap doesn't seem like such a problem anymore...

Time couldn't have been better for the Devils to get a starter back. Volchenkov is the closest to return but the Devils still have to wait as he will not be in Chicago.

So who's next? It could only get better... I hope.
