Caps center Sergei Fedorov's younger brother has been signed by the Devils.
Word has it these talks were going on for a while.
Fedor's lackluster NHL resume started in the Canucks organization before he played for the Rangers where he had one descent season before fading. The 27 year old has been playing in Europe for the last two seasons.
Interesting signing and curious to see which line he centers or if he tis asked to try it at a wing.
In other news the Devils opened Conditioning Camp yesterday 7/21, this week long event gathers the Devils top prospects for some ice time and drills. Names participating include: Jeff Frazee, Patrice Cormier, Matt Halischuck, Adam Henrique, Corbin mcPherson, Vili Sopanen, Tyler Miller, Anssi Salmela, Harry Young, Brandon Burlon to name a few. Coaches John MacLean and Tommy Albeline were also there.
