Nice writeup Jan. Jealous you got to go to the watch party at the Garden. sounds awesome. Shoot I'm jealous of anyone that is still able to go to games. Wife & I moved to VA over a year ago. Granted I coulda went to DC for some games but watched them at home instead.

The best part is everyone hates us. Tv crews, other team fans, the fkin deli guy…makes it so much sweeter being the villain in their eyes. We’re a likable team too which is ironic. Trouba and Rempe have really made people salty haha

BTW, for those of you wondering when game 1 will be, I can guarantee it will be Tuesday night, as that is my kid's home opening ball game at 8:30pm!!

Furthermore it’s really one bad period because game 4 they played a winnable game. Brooks speculated they move a flu going around which could explain game 5. Just glad that series is over because it got too dicey all things considered

Almost every non MSG broadcast just goes on and on stating how Canes missed so many chances and like every NYR win was luck. Like NYR didn't have plenty of their own missed chances

last night after 2nd period I was feeling very down about the fact that if it gets to game 7 I still believed we could win, but it was really gonna hurt the chance of ultimately winning the Cup because who knew how much of a toll it would take on them just to win saturday night

it's unbelievable that they came back and won that last night, now Fox can rest, Kreider can rest, anyone else ailing can rest, and hopefully we have two more games of Florida and Boston beating the hell out of one another
