Off topic, but holy crap did you see that Chi vs Det game today.

No way Flames can compete with those to bad boys

Third period onslaught was insane by Chi.

Howard will be twitching for weeks after that.

Holy Shyte

Man, would i ever like to see Beantown and Chitown in the Final

They are by far the 2 most entertaining teams in a long long time.

Van is close, but not quite as fun to watch, if they could lose the drama a rematch would be good too

- NEWDOG

What about the OT period by Detroit too. My god that was insane talent on display.

Ya, I am not sure if i can watch another 1-0, or low scoring neutral zone grind game tonight after that.

Maybe if i drink more beers, it will seem better.

Cammalleri was the biguest loser on the team and had the worst attitude out of all of them.

He sure did not care on the ice, where it matters most. At this point, he was a cancer.

- deadpoulet

funny, just one year ago, Habs fans were chirping leaf fans saying the leafs could have kept their picks and gotten a better player than kessel in cammy. Telling us how Burke was an idiot for turning cammy away when he came to Toronto to sign.

so so happy about this one, excited to see cammy in the line up for saturday they have a shot to win out till the all star break, beat LA twice and San Jose twice and they'd be looking damn fine for the play offs

Living in the past won't help anybody. Halak has been bad outside montreal and Eller was a good pick up.

As for Cammalleri, if Mtl can't make the playoffs, he is of no use. There are 82 games in the season, so someone should tell him.

Mtl is now bigger ans has more cap space.

Things change. I was very happy with him 2 years ago, but he lost his way.

It was still a bad trade to get Kessel, but at least he came to play this year. Seguin came out big as weel and with Hamilton coming up, Boston won that trade hands down.

Oh, I've never liked the trade. It's not as lopsided as some like to suggest, but I've said he never should have done it since it happened. Jeez, I said it was a bad idea when it was just a rumour.

But that's not the point.... Habs fans were pretty vocal about how stupid it was to trade for Kessel when they could have had Cammalleri for free.... and tried to tell us Cammalleri was the better player.

Some (the major homers who seem to have disappeared this year), even tried to tell me Gionta was better than Kessel. I would love it if they were around to choke on some crow. But oh well, what can you do.

think thats bullpoop seeing how its well documented cammy said he didnt want to play where he lives in the off-season

and cammalleri has been unbelievably horrible this season. there was no way of knowing he'd be that bad this time last year.

First, I said Habs fansM. Not ALL Habs fans. If that's not you than fine. But I would say it was more than just "some".

$4.5M for 6 years is pretty monstrous.

bad deal no doubt.

but in 5 years that 4.5 wont seem so bad with the cap continuing to rise (if he starts to produce even somewhat)

Yeah, the comments were more about Sabres fans who bashed the hell out of signing Connolly for 2 years, to fill the space at centre, and insisting that using that money, and signing Leino for a full SIX years, was a much smarter signing.

The fact that he had 73 CAREER points was mentioned more than once, but Sabres fans insisted it was a shrewd move.....
