Would you?
Yeah, I want to tie my future to a team with an 11 million dollar hole on the roster, a captain who's heart is in New Jersey and an ownership group that doesn't have the nerves to see a project through to the payoff.

Phili has a job opening so the writing is pretty much on the wall. As a coach he should have managed the Miller situation better. |

When he was first hired the talking heads were mentioning that Tocchet was brought in to hopefully get the Miller situation under control.
Something tells me it doesn't matter what coach you have at some point it was going to fail |

Toc is a really good coach and Vancouver is a really messed up organization, why stay ? He will now get easy travel on the East coast with some really intriguing opportunities. He may be headed to Philly but wouldn’t it be crazy if he ended up in NYC or Boston ? Not out of the realm of possibilities! |

Not sure what he has accomplished to be one of the highest paid coaches in the the game. Playoffs 2 out of 9 seasons. - furio16
Too many people looking at how his team did last year, yet forgetting about how healthy they were and what kind shooting percentage a lot of there key guys had.
Sure a lot went wrong for them this year, but like you said 2 out of 9 years playoffs so why make him the highest paid coach in the league based off of one year where everything went right for him.

The Jack Adams tends to be the basement dweller team from a year ago got a Vezina level performance from their goalie award. |

Pitt 75% chance
Philly 25% chance |

I'd put my money on Toc to Philly over Pittsburgh. As for Sullivan...everyone expects him to sign in NY or Boston, but I wouldn't be surprised if he sees similar Money and a better chance to win sooner in Chicago. Vancouver as they currently sit is anyone's guess...they're a mess. |
