There's a lot to deconstruct about what happened in that series and where the Leafs will go from here.
Dealing Marner like some fans and pundits are suggesting isn't the answer. And dealing Tavares won't solve anything except salary retention and lesser returns. Brodie, Samsonov , Edmundson, Domi, Bertuzzi are all off the books ,might as well ride out that core one more year with a different support cast. |

Florida always seems to win the odd-numbered games. I'll go with them. They are also better down the middle. Barkov-Reinhart is a better 1-2 than Coyle-Zacha. |

So, I'll give them one game seeing as how the Bruins just played them. But lets count how many pundit remarks and highlight packages involving how.....Florida played against toronto in the regular season and how Boston played them. |
