Can't believe it's been 1 1/2 years since NYR played on Long Island. Agree that there has to be some better way to figure out this schedule.

All gas, no brakes to finish the season. They'll have plenty of time to rest before playoffs start. Stay healthy, play a full 60 minutes, and let's end the Islanders hopes for a playoff berth

He could be just rotating those two, Gus and jones. And whoever is playing best gets the call game one. That’s the only “battle” for playing time imo. Although I do agree I’d like Fox or miller even to maybe get a game off, but unless they’ve sealed the prez trophy I don’t see it happening

I think we should all confidence in the coaching staff. It’s better than any staff since Keenan’s. AV, Torts (he could probably win with this team), Quinn, GG, etc none of them can hang with him. Specifically getting the best out of his players.

I can’t see Panarin not excelling this year. He’s playing with two studs and he’s a top 5 player in the NHL right now.

If we fail I think it’ll be solely on Shesty this year, or bad puck luck
