Thanks Trevor. This Mortin signing come out of nowhere? Didn’t hear a thing about it.
Draft is supposedly D heavy, Flames really need to draft a stud. I know it’s going to be tough not to take Iginla and he is listed as a center but has played mainly wing with the Rockets.
Haven’t noticed yet but have they started playing Clap for the Wolfman at the games yet?

Been wanting wolf to get these starts a month ago !! Hope he plays well enough we can shop Markstrom in the summer. I don’t mind wolf Vladar pairing at all. Love all the young talent getting looks , it’s fun to watch

Go Flames 🔥!!!

Hungry like the Wolf is a better song than Clap for the Wolfman. I am a little biased.

Per Capfriendly, Sam Morton's contract was rejected. Too old for an ELC if he's North American. Woof.

Probably as dumb of a move as the O'Reilly move and up there with an EK move. But trust Connie to be the guy to move the team forward!

Sorry dude I like Clap for the Wolfman better than the Hungry as a Wolf

But if we ever make a long playoff run & get to games in June I wouldnt be opposed to On a hot summer night will you offer your throat to the Wolf with the red Flames Jersey's

I was also thinking maybe some old Wolfman Jackson might work, but I begrudgingly agree that Clap for the Wolfman is the perfect song.

Do we think Miramanov is a diamond in the rough?

Do you think a 22 year old American kid cares about a 52 year old song from a Canadian band? Zombie by bad wolves is a more recent relative hit but he may be more interested in some pop or rap track as his song. But this is hockey and not baseball where every player has a walk up track.

He’s definitely rough but I think he’s another awesome pickup by Conroy. Looks like he just needed a chance and may make Andersson expendable. Be nice to get a top 6 center for a Rigjt shot D on a very team friendly contract.

Who gives a sh!t about him? It’s all about what we like, he’s just a biproduct of our amusement.

Wolf is 5'8" and if you think he's the #1 goalie of the future in CGY think again.

Regardless of the 'song' lol

it's meant to be an inspirational song to him, not the fans. Like a walk up song in baseball it gets the players engine going to perform FOR the fans. His song should be something that gets his blood going and revved up, not the fans. His song comes on and it revs the fans but he falls flat how does that look?

Not pissy at all there bud. Maybe you misinterpreted the post since I don't use emojis in every post like the KY-man.

I think he's a real interesting piece to get back & he certainly shows the potential. Sure looking like Hanifin is still going to test the market come July. Would of preferred that July 2025 1st but hey an unprotected 2026 1st may be just as intriguing.
The return for Hanny is looking more & more like a decent rental return. Im good with it.

Just need the Knights to win that 1st round so that 3rd becomes a 2nd.

I imagine Flames will be the only fanbase actually cheering for Vegas to win a round.

Vladar out with season ending hip surgery.

Could not have happened at a worse time. I guess we can't send Wolf down now.

I’m ok with them taking out the Oilers in the process.

Oilers 9-1-2 in their last 12. Not too shabby.
