Yeah Canucks put on a master class.

Though Bowness said it was the worst performance by the Jets he ever coached. Then there is the flu bug and back to back game excuses flying.

The “this is the same team we beat” line says a lot. Not quite. They have learned to play composure and adversity. Plus minimize the mistakes or cover better when they do happen.

Anyway Canucks will be tested soon again against new look Avs.

Thanks Yorkster, time change kicking my butt this morning.

I don’t think the Jets had their best but the Canucks have taken down some pretty good, bigger, playoff teams in the past few weeks. Narratives being busted all over the place.

Jets were definitely tired and playing on travel... but when the Canucks were in their slump they had the same travel issues. They didn't get a pass for that. Take the two points and rest up for Colorado

Out of curiosity, here’s Demko’s injury history. Knees, groin, concussion, and COVID.

When does one become concerned about repeated groin injuries?

Thanks York, nice recap.

Real solid performance by the entire team, jets did look tired, but they just played in Seattle not a heavy travel schedule to make excuses for.

Hopefully Demko is just tweaked and came out as precautionary as the team was up by 4.

Well a few of us talked a couple months ago about Demmer being overworked maybe this is a result? Does have a history with the groin minus the 'covid' thing lol

Buffalo must have way more Canadians than they Oilers...eh?

PS: by the way, of the past six Cup Champions, only two teams, Vegas & St. Louis, had more Canadians than not. Everyone else had more NON-Canadians.

It was his 5th start in 12 days, that's hardly a heavy workload.

It can be if you don't have a solid player like Stetcher defending in front of you.

Thanks Yorkie, great to see a couple dominant performances after a rough stretch. This team looks legit!

The repeat injuries are the only one I’m a bit concerned with, but not hearing any reason to be yet

He walked off alright. If it was a serious LBI like a tear there's no way he could lift his leg to step over the bench like he did.

Yeah but he said that this was going to happen, so you need to go with his narrative, 🤷‍♂️ Is what it is dude.
