He is definitely playing at a high level and is the most noticeable player on the team.

Both goalies were really good.

I don't care what folks say on here. It's nice to watch a competitive team playing well with some young guys in the lineup! The Flyers have some decisions to make, but for now I'm just enjoying the games and the fact that they just beat the hated Penwhines in back to back games. It's mind boggling how bad the Pens PP is with all that talent on it. Coaching? They look lost and it's nice! Thanks!

I didn't think there was a PP in existence that could make the Flyers PP better but we saw that last night with the Pens PP. Mind boggling that it's that bad. It was a comedy show. On the one Pens PP, I think the Flyers PK had 3 scoring chances! LOL

The Caps are going to crash and burn as I've been saying, and the Flyers actually looked like the better team against the Isles and the Isles are a bunch of aging veterans. This is gonna be a big test for the new operations crew running this team.

Oh, hell yeah. I wasn't implying that they can't crash and burn. I wonder how many games they've actually been favored in this year and how many games they will be favored in for the next month? They just keep finding ways though. They are more than capable of a 5 game losing streak at any time, but they seem to have a pretty cohesive team right now. Say what you want about Torts, but these guys appear to enjoy playing for him.

Think most fans are feeling the same. We all talked about it before the season, if they stayed healthy, kids took another step (includes goalies) and Coots was Coots, this team was to good to be bottom of the league.

Foretser is now tied with Ovi in goals this season. The caps really need Ovi to start being Ovi.
