Now is not the time to blow it up, or is it? I mean, the Flames have been playing better as of late. Getting rid of Zadorov is just removing the stinkweed in the room.

If you're not a Flames fan, you've probably only seen his highlights. He's played like hot garbage since the trade request as well.

There are also plenty of signs that the other players hate him.

Probably good value, based on what Conroy was forced into doing.

He screwed the team by going public. Doing it while in Toronto and stealing the spotlight when it should have been on Vernon was classless.

That being said, I will not say I will miss many 3rd pairing defencemen, but I will miss Zads. He is a character.

As an added bonus Huska knows the capabilities of these youngsters as he has coached most of them.

Saying goodbye to someone who does not want to be here, is a defensive liability, and with a couple of draft picks thrown in.

Oh for sure he has checked out. I have been in a lot of locker rooms. And dugouts. And if a guy doesn’t want to be there,or a part of our team. Then fuk off go! Someone else will fill your spot.

Hey K man. Will definitely miss some of his big hits, but won’t miss more then a few of his defensive brain farts. And he had a lot of them. the only reason he could get away with some of his bad defensive positioning/ play is because of his reach. But he did get the job done and had a few good seasons with us. Now you are the enemy so sayonara!! 🔥
