Its disconcerting the inability to just find the back of the net. Team seems to have lost some of that jam especially third and fourth line.

The powerplay is brutal and the backbreaker last game was giving up a SHG to boot.

Kartye is solid and should stay in the lineup but still cant fathom some of the options we had not getting more of a look. Completly not a Yamamoto fan. Think it may be time to look at giving the close young giys some looks and run here and making use of guys like Lind.

At least team seems to be tightening up and getting better. Now just need to get some goals. Hopefully the goaltending stays sharp. THAT has been great to see.

Picked Seattle to miss the postseason this year. I don't think they're more than a pretender at best and regression as mentioned can easily undo last season's success.

It’s only four games. I doubt the Oilers are panicking…

I’d like to see Kartye with Beniers, he looked good there in the playoffs while McCann was out. Bring up Lind or someone to play the 4th line and slide a winger down to cover for Tanev.

Id be good with this.

Heck, I still wouldnt mind dumping Megna down and calling up Evans. Keep the pairings which puts the kid with Big Rig which will insulate him a little. Definitely better transition and added blueline threat behind Dunn.

Coach won’t admit there’s a problem with the PP, but I like the idea of Evans dressing even if he doesn’t play much beyond PP1 and some sheltered 5v5 minutes. Just dress 11 forwards.

Daccord is having himself a game. Could be a lot closer without him.

Oh yeah, definitely. Biggest plus early this season has been the goaltending. Finally seeing the guys break through though which is big. So far so good.

He's got a ways to go. The Kraken fans down there were pretty high on the kid. I can see why.

Maybe I jinxed him. Sorry.

Kartye may want to rethink dropping the gloves there. I don't think the hit was deliberate.

He is. He'll just need to reign it in. Long season, no point in risking injury so early in the year on a meaningless hit. They also scored on the subsequent PP.

Looks like it got a bit sloppy in the third. Some pretty terrible D zone coverage. Nice to see the puck going in, especially against a team that’s supposed to be so good defensively.

As a team so far the Hurricanes have a .825 save % and a 4.72 gaa. Better to get them now. I don't think those numbers are gonna last under Rod the Bod's watch.

Rags on tap on home ice. Its showtime!!! Need to get on it early. Play even better than last game.

Gru vs Quick in the nets

Kraken come out flying and some chances on Quick. And then we get a stop due to lighting issues here.

Boom! Got to em early!!! Great goal and 1-0 lead!

And bread man ties it up. Nobody covering Panarin at all. Had all the time in the world to pick the corner on Gru there. Bad break and coverage.
