Loved Benny getting the Calder and really well deserved. Was definitely not that close a race all things considered.

Only way Karlsson works is if you go and not re-sign Dunn. Of the two prefer Dunn, far better defensively. Sure Karlsson is a great offensive dman but that +/- is just beyond UGLY and doesn't really fit with how the Kraken play. I agree on getting a more physical stay at home type to round things out though.

Shame on Soucy but he is getting paid and should be plenty of interest there. Even at 3mil he would be a solid grab for a team.

I think you could be right in the team being aggressive with the multiple 2nds there and with a few RFA they can sweeten the pot with there to push things and maybe get another pick in the first round there.

If, say, Schwartz and Schultz were going the other way, you could make a Karlsson deal work I think, but given that SJ would likely do anything to get out from under that contract without retaining any salary I wouldn’t be willing to add any picks or high quality prospects.

It's time!!! Ronnie you are up.

We get RW Eduard Sale

Nice pick at our spot. Big, skilled and can play wing and center.

Can’t say I know much about him, rankings are all over the place - as high as 12, as low as 32. Seems to have gone right around where he was projected on average though.

Tomorrow will be big!

Yeah. Im not at all unhappy with our picks here so far.

Rehkopf, Molgaard too.

Decent size/skill combos there. Nice to start having that surplus in the pipeline

Overall happy with the collection today. Took some chances late, small skilled F and a hard hitter in 6th and 7th rounds.
