Tampa will miss Ross the Boss, but the cap is what it is. Tampa couldn't afford to keep him.
Honestly, I might have let Cirelli go before Colton. But it's still not bad for either side.
Avs got a young-ish player with upside.
Bolts clear some cap and get a early 2nd for a player they drafted in the 4th round.
