Looking to get 'significant assets' for a goalie making 6+ for four more years who hasn't topped .904 in the past four seasons is a stretch. Nylander and Murray together gets it done money wise, but I think that's a gross overpay. Leafs already experimented taking on a goalie making 6+ after some declining years in Murray - talking about taking on a similar project with even more term and cost seems very risky IMO.

This is sure to stir up some feedback, but agree that any trade to Anaheim has to revolve around prying one or more of their young emerging stars out. Ducks have an embarrassment of riches down the middle, and the Leafs desperately need to add some ELC talent to the lineup. Too many consecutive years trading away picks has left the cupboard bare.

Bob has been bad for years. Hes only turned it on in the past couple of months....similar to hill.
Actually hill played better than bob the whole season.
