I too would like your opinion on the Nosec elbow to Eric Staal in game 2 of the Boston/Florida series. If Bunting gets 3 games, what should Nosec get?

As much as I'm rooting for the Panethers the McAvoy hit on Tkachuk in game 4 should be the golden standard for delivering a hard, clean, open-ice hit. Hitting shouldn't be removed, but I agree that more people need to learn the proper technique to deliver and take a hit.

No, that would be what Steve Downie did. McAvoy was on his skates until contact and did not extend his arm prior to contact.
