Well not a bad lot of re-enforcements for the Marlies. Too bad can't just add Simmonds to it and keep him off the bloody ice. Still better to rest our top guys with him and Zahorna and the likes than have anyone injured.

Hope we can manage to pick up some more points here down the stretch and not even have to worry about Tampa. Rather have the home ice advantage.

But to empathize, I have been at a dinner table when a 9 or 10 year old asked “where’s Brandy” and his dad pointed to the plates. The rest of dinner went as you would expect.
