Well, just like everyone here realizes, “wtf else he gonna say?”
Shirley, he’s going to speak positively about things, and damm sure he wasn’t going to admit he fukked up hiring Mo.

Plenty of more games to go...

I like Zito because he brought grit to the team in Gudas, Lomberg, and Hornqvist. I like Zito because he brought speed to the Panthers in Verhaeghe and Duclair. I loved the Tkachuk trade too. I was not too fond of the Maurice hiring and I wouldn't say I liked the first draft picks for short-term rentals. I also didn't like giving up a first-rounder for Reinhart who is soft and cannot hit the broad side of a barn. He can stand two feet from the net and not put it in. Also, Zito has done away with the future with no prospects coming up the pipeline. Can I ask the general audience who would you like the Panthers to sign in for free agency?

I agree on the Maurice hire, he’s NOT the coach for this team and players. Tkachuck will probably push his demise.

Verhaeghe on Florida's core: “We all believe in each other. We’re a tight group. We’re all kind of on the same paths career-wise, same age range. We’ve got to build together.”

I wonder if any of that belief extends to their coach....

I saw Zito give PoMo the dreaded sign of support, followed immediately by the old "it's a process and we'll evaluate it at the end of the year."

PoMo should be running the spell checker on his resume and sending it out to Div 2 college hockey programs. I think his NHL time is winding to a close.

I love it, the Rangers lose their second straight with all that fire power, ha.

Wow, Copper bench Stamkos, Kucherov, and Point for the whole third period. Holes in their play or have teams just figured out what they're up to.

Bob has been really good lately. Huge save on Crosby when game was 2-1, shortly after Panthers score to go up 3-1.

Still within striking distance of the Pens now.

alternating wins and losses for 11 games now.

The Panthers played great yesterday, but can they play that way for the next eighteen games? Can Barkov stay injury free for the rest of the season? He took a hit last night and everyone spazzed out. They treat this guy like delicate China. He fragile. In lies the problem, you cannot depend on this guy to lead the charge. Break his hockey stick, rip off the C on his sweater and kick him out of the fort. Branded!
