Ben Shelley: Islanders shut out by Hurricanes in second half of back-to-back

That was a brutal game to watch and that’s only watching part of the game bcs I passed out due to boredom. Felt like I was watching the last series we played them when they pretty much rendered us useless. Tough stretch coming up on the road we’re going to find out what this team is made of real quick.

Islanders are playing on their heels, coach needs to put some attack plans together this week.

Just a short term thing that was bugging him. Guess they decided not to let him push it this early in the season.

I only got to watch about half the game, so I'll have to take you word on that one. Although he didn't look great from what I remember.

Well they lost to Arizona, the blues, and other assorted bottom dweller to middling teams so this is what happens. You had to figure the Rangers would turn it around at some point. Was hoping that would happen later of course. Penguins straightened out their act a month ago. Knew it was coming. Team needs to find a way to right the ship with Pelech out.
