Wednesday with medicals and physical testing, intra squad game at the bell centre sunday and first preseason game Monday the 26th, can you smell hockey brewing yet?

Wonder if there will be any surprises from the rookie that get invited to the main camp.

French training at what time? Looks like this is a must now according to your King.

Doubt it with so many guys signed to NHL contracts already, I expect the standouts to get an invite but no one really surprising

I'm surprised they didn't trade anyone yet....this depth chart is overcrowded with forwards.

With Lekhonen gone, you definetly need a guy like Byron to play on the PK. Besides, Armia and Hoffman should be gone sooner than later. There might also be an odd man out at center...

No one has cap space.

Contenders are tryign to keep as much cap for the trade deadline, most bottom feeders don't want to take on contract they have to pay out on (ie: 'Yotes).

I am not surprised at all that there has not been a trade.

Perhaps when if a player gets hurt in camp or start of the season on a contending team, they may have a chance to move a player.

As I have been saying, 2 of Armia, Hoffman or Drouin need to GTFO.

well meh… on a year you want to compete I agree with your comment, but this year ?

we can look for somebody for the Pk next year but like the chicken said, probably nobody wants to take Byron at that salary anyway...
