Bottom line is Kane and Mcdavid are playing amazing and they are celebrating together for a lot of goals.

The goal is to win the cup and that is what the move is helping with.

Hard to imagine a team paying too much actual dollars for a guy that can not stay healthy.

He maybe gets a 250K raise but the guy still hasn't proven he can stay healthy...I do not think his talent was ever really in doubt.

Has played the right side a decent amount and is good at it.

I feel that Holl or Mrazek could be the ones heading out. Even Kerfoot with a possibility if there's a clear upgrade to be had.

A quick look at the cap shows they need 1 forward, 1 dman and obviously a starting goalie to ice a full team. Obviously need some other pieces signed but as I've said, it isn't as dire as some want to think it is.

I don’t think he was the same after the last concussion. He didn’t play with the same recklessness (can’t blame the guy) which was part of what made him effective.
